From funky canapes to meaty feasting planks and evening street food, It’s the perfect food for boutique, festival and DIY style weddings in barns, tipis and tents - where you have the freedom to put your personality into your menu. And with decent portions, no one goes hungry.

Our story

I was first introduced to low ‘n’ slow BBQ whilst studying at uni in South Carolina. It was a complete shock to see something other than a burnt sausage on a BBQ. Since then my love of live fire cooking has taken me around Argentina, Brazil and South Africa.

It’s clear that wherever you are in the world, nothing is better than a feast for bringing people together. And everything tastes better when cooked over fire.

We have not stopped receiving compliments about how good it was, on top of how attentive you and your staff were. The guests also loved the BBQ. Everything you served was delicious. All the guests said they felt well fed, which is exactly what we wanted. Our only regret is actually not asking you to do the pudding!!
